Client success

150+ clients. One standard — measured outcomes.

We anonymise client names and publish the numbers instead. Every engagement below has a metric, a timeline and a named stack — because adjectives are easy and accountability isn't.

The problem it solves

Why we publish numbers instead of adjectives

Every software vendor claims to be reliable, fast and easy to work with — which means the words have stopped meaning anything by the time a buyer reads a third portfolio page. The result is that choosing a delivery partner comes down to who has the nicest website, not who actually ships, and that's a genuinely bad way to pick who builds your loan platform or your POS system.

We built this page the other way round: no client logos we haven't been given permission to show, no testimonials collected the week after launch when everyone is still excited, and no metric on this page that doesn't trace back to a named engagement with a timeline and a stack. If a claim can't be measured, it isn't here.

That's why every case study below states a before, an after and a timeframe, and why testimonials are collected at launch, at the first quarter and again at year one — not cherry-picked at the moment of maximum goodwill. You're welcome to call any of these clients; we'll make the introduction.

What clients say after go-live.

Collected at project milestones — launch, first quarter and year one — not hand-picked launch-week quotes.

“Ukvalley replaced three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group with one CRM that actually mirrors our sales process. Demo bookings are up, and we finally have an audit trail.”

Rohit Sharma

VP Sales, Industrial supplies, Pune

“They shipped our loan platform in eight weeks. The code is ours, the documentation is real, and the team responds within hours — not days.”

Anita Desai

Founder, NBFC, Mumbai

“TeleValley cut our telephony bill by more than half without losing any tracking. The ROI was visible in the first month.”

Karan Mehta

Head of Growth, B2B SaaS, India

“They migrated our platform to the cloud and set up CI/CD without a single weekend of downtime. Deploys that used to be a fire drill are now a non-event.”

Priya Nair

CTO, Logistics, India

What drives a ₹2–6 lakh build versus ₹8–20 lakh and beyond, the three variables that actually move the price, typical timelines per band, and the questions to ask any vendor before signing. Written for owners and CFOs, not engineers.

  • Three pricing bands with what fits in each, typical timelines and what is always included
  • The three variables that drive cost: user roles, integrations and genuinely custom workflow
  • A fixed-bid vs dedicated-team decision framework and the hybrid most SMEs should choose
  • Six vendor questions that separate a delivery partner from a body shop
