The problem it solves

Why vendor selection is usually a guess dressed up as due diligence

Every agency's homepage says "reliable", "transparent" and "client-focused" — words that carry zero information by the third portfolio page you read. Reference calls are cherry-picked by the vendor, case studies show the launch-week screenshot, not the six-month reality, and by the time you've compared five pitch decks they've all started to sound identical.

The guesswork costs buyers after the contract is signed, not before: a verbal promise about response time turns out to mean "whenever we get to it", code ownership turns out to mean "after final payment and a dispute", and the architect who impressed you on the sales call is nowhere near the actual build.

We stated the six contrasts below in writing so you can hold any vendor — including us — to the same standard before you sign, not after.

How to spot the real thing

  • Ask for the SLA in the contract, not a verbal promise

  • Ask who owns the code the day you sign, not after final payment

  • Ask to see software they run themselves, not just client work

  • Ask whether the scoping architect is the build architect

The honest comparison

Ukvalley vs. the typical agency engagement.

Six contrasts, side by side. If a vendor you're evaluating can't match the left column in writing, that's your answer.

Ukvalley

You own the code, repos and credentials from day one.

Typical agency

Code stays with the vendor until "handover" — which keeps slipping.

Ukvalley

A 24-hour response SLA written into every contract.

Typical agency

"We'll get back to you soon" — with no clock either party can check.

Ukvalley

Working software in week three — a thin slice in production.

Typical agency

Six months of documents and prototypes before anyone sees software.

Ukvalley

The architect on the scoping call is the architect on the build.

Typical agency

A salesperson scopes it; a rotating pool of juniors builds it.

Ukvalley

We run our own products in production — TeleValley, Ezzu CRM and more.

Typical agency

Capability slides with no software of their own to show.

Ukvalley

Clean exit rights: documented handover and you can leave at any point.

Typical agency

Lock-in by obscurity — undocumented code that only the vendor can touch.

Our principles

Four commitments we build on — every project.

These aren't values posters. Each one is a contractual term or a delivery mechanism you can verify.

Code you own from day one

All source, credentials and repos are yours before any work begins. We work under NDA and IP assignment, and you can exit cleanly at any point.

A 24-hour response SLA

Stated publicly in every contract. For production incidents on managed engagements we target a one-hour first response.

Ship real software early

A thin-slice prototype by week three, not slides. Working software settles arguments that documents never will.

The engineers who scope it build it

No hand-offs to a faceless offshoring pool. The architect on the scoping call is the architect on the build.

In their words

Clients who switched to us — and stayed.

“Ukvalley replaced three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group with one CRM that actually mirrors our sales process. Demo bookings are up, and we finally have an audit trail.”

Rohit Sharma

VP Sales, Industrial supplies, Pune

“They shipped our loan platform in eight weeks. The code is ours, the documentation is real, and the team responds within hours — not days.”

Anita Desai

Founder, NBFC, Mumbai

“TeleValley cut our telephony bill by more than half without losing any tracking. The ROI was visible in the first month.”

Karan Mehta

Head of Growth, B2B SaaS, India

“They migrated our platform to the cloud and set up CI/CD without a single weekend of downtime. Deploys that used to be a fire drill are now a non-event.”

Priya Nair

CTO, Logistics, India
