Backend Engineer (Laravel / Node)

About this role

Design and build the APIs and data layers behind our CRM, ERP and fintech platforms.

What you'll do here

• Design APIs and data models for transactional business systems

• Build integrations with Tally, GST, payment gateways and SMS providers

• Own query performance, queues, migrations and data integrity

• Write the documentation other engineers build on

What you'll bring

• 3+ years with Laravel or Node.js in production

• Strong SQL — schema design, indexing and migration discipline

• Experience with Redis, queues and background jobs

• Security-minded: auth, role-based access and audit trails by default
