About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Developer (MERN Stack) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN Stack. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and development trends.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integration.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Basic understanding of authentication (JWT), state management, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or hosting services is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
