Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and closing sales to help grow the company’s business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.

• Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.

• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
