Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer who can manage both video shooting and editing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong creative eye, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced marketing environment.
This role involves planning and executing video shoots, capturing high-quality footage, and editing engaging video content for social media platforms, advertisements, events, reels, testimonials, product shoots, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Videography (Shooting Responsibilities)

Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality video content for marketing and branding purposes.

Operate cameras, lighting equipment, stabilizers, audio equipment, and drones (if applicable).

Capture creative B-roll, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and promotional footage.

Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and sound quality during shoots.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand storyboards and creative concepts.

Travel to on-site locations for shoots as required.

Maintain, organize, and ensure proper care of all production equipment.
Video Editing Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for multiple platforms.

Create reels, short-form videos, advertisements, corporate videos, event videos, and social media content.

Add transitions, sound effects, background music, motion graphics, and subtitles.

Adhere to brand guidelines related to style, tone, colors, and messaging.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize videos for maximum engagement.

Export videos in appropriate formats for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, transitions, and AI-based editing tools.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Technical Skills

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects (preferred).

Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon), lighting setups, and audio recording.

Ability to shoot in various environments, including indoor, outdoor, product shoots, and events.

Understanding of color correction, color grading, and cinematic storytelling techniques.
